Is Al actually named Al? +
All of our Als are named Alexander, Alexandra, Alejandro, or some variant thereof, and go by Al professionally. This is a hard requirement. We do not place people named Alan who go by Alan. That is a different service.
What if I need more than one Al? Won't that be confusing? +
This is our most frequently asked question. Each Al team develops its own internal disambiguation system organically. Common solutions include: Al 1/Al 2, Al-Finance/Al-Eng, and in one memorable case, a ranking system based on tenure. We have never had a client report permanent confusion lasting more than three weeks.
